I've had many experiences buying tires from other places for many of years now. This time was incredible I spoke with ed and what a pleasure first thing I noticed was his personality ( very pleasant and made me feel comfortable ) I came in with a general idea of what I wanted he was able to show me options in house and suggested a few tires he thought would work for me also was able to view a few online with his help I eventually chose what was a perfect match for me thanks to his helpand research very professional. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience . Highly recommend and my new go to spot . Keep up the good work .

Had a flat tire on my Tesla and decided to replace all 4 since they had 40k miles. Ed and the team were great. Friendly and communicating every step of the way. The cost was the best I found around the area and the technicians were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I had a pleasant experience at Town Fair Tire on Taunton Ave in East Providence! Most of the process went smooth, but I especially want to recognize Ed for making my experience even better. Ed took the time to explain everything and gave me a lot of helpful information that I really wish I had known before getting all four of my tires replaced—like the fact that I could’ve had my alignment done the same day instead of having to come back later. He also made sure I knew I could come back for free tire rotations and explained when I should have them done to keep my tires in good shape. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I understood everything. It’s hard to find people who take the time to help like that these days. Thanks again, Ed, for making this such a positive experience!

So, I wanted to thank Ed so much for his help. I had an experience where both of my back tires had nails in them..went to my own dealership where they told me that unfortunately, where the placement of the nails were, they could not salvage the tires of course I’m devastated, taking my sister‘s advice.. Decided to go to down the street to town fair tire... Replacement of both tires would it cost me $500 plus service fee fees. What ended up happening? They looked at the car and it did not need to be replaced. Neither tire Long story short they saved the day.. One tire had to be plugged the other tire was never even punctured just had a small tack Nail..Ed and Rob were the people that helped me out. I would appreciate if anyone would look out for them. They did an amazing job, I don’t want to forget about Rob, who was so patient with me… And explain everything he was doing! Like I told Ed, you have a customer for life.

I worked with Ed and had a really great experience. I booked an appointment over the phone and they had everything ready for me to drop off my keys. I expected to wait for longer but they were able to resolve my issue really quickly. I had a slow leak in a tire, which turned out to be from the valve and they replaced my air valve at no cost. Ed also quoted me on new tires at a very fair price and I will definitely be going back to get my new tires at this location.
